Hi,

I am not able to open .CR2 files from my Canon 7d in Photoshop CS3.

How to edit these RAW format pictures????

I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think CS3 can be updated to read the 7D raw files. the alternative would be to convert to DNG which is free from Adobe

Or use your Canon software DPP which is excellent for raw conversion

Digital Photo Professional I tried to play with, but never managed to save the result, whatever format.

Hi Susan, It's a while since I used DPP but you can transfer the converted raw file as Tiif or jpeg direct into Photoshop, at the moment I can't remember the command to do so. Just look in the menu bar across the top of DPP, it's there somewhere
