Photoshop Techniques
Interesting and thought provoking video about the influence photo shopped portraits has on our perception of beauty. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iYhCn0jf46U

I suppose it's cheaper than plastic surgery, but to my mind it's too much manipulation.

Sorry to lower the tone of the philosophical discussion, but this variant amused me ...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7-kSZ...eature=related

Photographers, artists, sculptors have always manipulated images to enhance the qualities of their subject. In five visits to Egypt I never saw an uncomplimentary image of a Pharaoh or Queen except Akhenaten III, but he is an exception to the rule. Is the type of enhancement being in the video causing low self esteem, eating disorders to women or are women over reacting ? Your right Graham the parody is very funny.
