Sigma 200-500mm f2.8 anyone?
A behemoth from Sigma announced today... gawd knows who'd buy it, a 400/2.8 is massive enough.

Oooops, now rectified.
Maybe aimed at sports photographers... can't see many dragging this around the countryside. Can't imagine it fitting on any gimbal heads either. cheers, Andy

Will not be at all surprise to see a shinny tiny battery operated golf car type automobile in shape of a tank only with lens instead of long gun be soon find its way into market with all these new heavvvvy huggggh lenses out there.
