Lightbulb Canon CL 8-120mm f1.4-2.1

Hi people,

I've recently bought a Canon 8-120 Video lens off eBay for 10 pounds. I knew it wouldn't mount on my DSLRs but I said what the heck I'll find something smart to do with it.

And I didn't.

The lens apparently has to be attached for the iris to be open, so even if I did manage to make an adaptor from scratch, no light would come through.

I was wondering if any of you has any cute ideas. I'm even considering taking all the optics out and turning it into a fancy coffee mug, so I'm ready to hear anything really

If only such a lens could be adapted... If you don't find a use for it and want to sell it on then let me know as I'd be interested.
