Fortnightly Comp 19th Sept to 3rd October - Colour
From today to midnight Sunday 3rd October, Subject is Colour, post your images showing a good understanding of colour and how it can used for impact, bold colours, subtle colours, contrasting or complementing, landscape, abstract, still life you choose.
The Fortnightly Challenge is open to all members of WPF and the challenge will be run on (GMT) time. Take and post your photo in this thread between today and Sunday 4rd October (midnight) after which a 3 day poll will be placed in this thread for voting on the photo you think best meets this challenge. (Please give your photo a title ) The winner picks a challenge for the following fortnight and starts a new thread. 1. One photo per member 2. To be taken during period stated above 3. The photo must include exif data with date and time 4. Post your entry as one attachment directly in this thread 5. No discussion of entries in the thread 6. Do not post any entries in the gallery until after the voting has finished. Best of luck everybody.

well voting has closed & its produced a dead heat 5 votes each to Marydoll & Peter. I think the rules dictate in the event of a draw 1st to post wins which would make Peter the winner on this occasion. Both very nice images in different styles.

Well done Peter Waites (I liked and voted for your photograph) - I really only entered my photograph when I saw other people had posted as well - I'm not too confident or happy about posting when there is only one other photograph in a competition. I do not generally enjoy competitions but like the format on this site. It's good to be part of a group.
