How about this one? http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B...pf_rd_i=468294
Never used one but I think they are fairly well regarded.

A friend of mine bought one of these recently
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/4-way-Macro-Fo...item5887900ecc

It was very good for the money I thought. Never used it in anger, but it seemed ot be capable of doing the job.

That one certainly has an advantage in that it is 4 way adjustment.
