Default A mirrorless full frame Canon, finally!

Seems in past decade, Canon has loved to be the last in the list or more politically correct, respect every other manufacturer by saying "After You"!

Well finally they made it too... A full frame mirroless. Just after Nikon announcing its Z line and long time after innovative successful pioneering creation of Sony.

Well for all Canon lovers such as myself, here is a LINK to one pre ordering site and if you are curious as to how much real street price in USA is, the camera body alone is about $2300 and with kit 24-105mm F4 L lens, it is $3400.

So what do you think and are you considering a switch?

Far too expensive for me.
And for reasons unknown to me they STILL don't have IBIS

In a few more generations it might be worthwhile - but to be honest I don't buy the FF hype a smaller system will be preferable for me.

You are welcome Rachael.

Mike: Me too & I am with you on this. As long as Sony makes those marvelous super mirrorless full frames and Fuji so good with micro 4/3, I really don't see a place to compete and seems Canon knows it too. Now only if they could tailor something that make their EF lenses work almost as smooth on M mount, as their native mount, then they might be in real business (A much better adapter) but then they never ask my opinion. For now, I stick tight to my wallet!
