It's got be "no diving",along with "no swimming,no laughing and definitely don't enjoy yourself".

I've just moves Graham's images/challenge & the associate guesses to this thread as its a proverb... but I've no idea what the answer is

Good. Now the puzzle is more clear though not much change about the answer!

I thought Grahams comment was a clue rather than an answer. Maybe his one could be "no man is an island"?
