Is it normal.. Elements 14
I have used Elements for 8 or more years. Just got Elements 14 after using 10. Is it normal in 14 that to get the Brushes, Crop tools, turn on off eye in layers, Fill layer etc to show the result. That you have to click in the photo area or scroll the photo before the change happens? Or am I missing something?
