Default Colormunki calibration problem

Hello - I hope this is the right place to post this question. I'm using Colormunki with the latest update to calibrate my Samsung monitor. As advised, I first reset the colour settings to factory default - brightness/contrast 100/50 and R/G/B to 50/50/50 respectively.

After calibration last week, the values after calibration were 63/?? and 34/35/9. Yesterday I noticed that they had reverted to default so I calibrated again, but the 'after' values remained at the default settings.

Please does anyone have any idea what I may be doing wrong?

Hi Exdragon

Your color monki should have produced an " icc " file in your monitor command centre - after the profiling, go to the command centre and set the icc as the default.
That should do it for you until the next profile, when you repeat the change to the new icc it creates.

Thanks, but I've already done that, in fact I deleted any previous profiles in order to avoid any confusion. I got my other half to have a go too, in case I'd been doing the same thing wrong each time.
