How to stop sb 900 from going to sleep??

hi everyone,

i m looking to use my pocket wizards on my sb 900 s........but i have been hearing that you may not be able to turn off the sleep mode on the flash.

IS THIS TRUE?

IF NOT HOW CAN YOU STOP THIS FROM OCCURING????
