The price for USA when it is actually launched in March is $6,800, probably be about the same in sterling for UK. Big ouch! The most exciting thing for me is that Canon has not gone mad on the pixel count but has majored on the ISO which to me indicates very low noise and probably better dynamic range. Hope this approach trickles down to more affordable models.
